 Less than 20,000 miles (barely broken in for a diesel engine). This one-owner motor home has been well maintained. It is clean and has been serviced regularly. It is in like-new condition, and is being sold for what we owe on it.  Luxury Abounds
From the under toe-kick accent lighting that highlights the impressive color-coordinated tile flooring, to the lighted wine bar with mirrors, to the richly appointed real oak cabinetry throughout, you'll be impressed by both the layout and the features of this rarely used motor home. And, we are selling it at a reasonable price! You'll pay more for all of these features elsewhere. For example, the living room slide is not dinky, both the width and length are impressive--offering a roomier environment. And all those little things that count when you are on the road--power stair cover that allows you to walk all around the vehicle without worrying about tripping, power awnings, power front visors, color backup camera, air horns, auto rewind water house, icemaker, dual pane windows, and the famed Spartan chassis and Cummins engine that make the trip carefree.
Smooth and Spacious
In addition to the smooth ride, we chose this particular motor home because we loved the layout and dual-slides that provide for spaciousness: when you enter you immediately notice the carved oak accents, decorative staircase lighting, lighted handle, and the light brown carpeting that hides dust and dirt. The mirrors beneath the china cabinet and in the back closet give an expansive feel to the interior. The accent lighting both overhead and at toe-kicks highlight both the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and the solid light oak throughout the coach. At night the cabin of this fine motor home screams luxury.
 During the day the floor plan is practical and roomy. Since the slide is on the sofa side rather than the kitchen side, the slide is 18 inches deep rather than only 12, and encompasses both the sofa and the dining room table (the entire living room and kitchen area slide out automatically with one-button touch). The oak china cabinet and bar at the rear of the dining table adds elegance as well as practicality. The cabinet has interior lighting to highlight your wine glasses and under the cabinet accent lighting. The shower and toilet area are well lighted, with a clear glass shower door and skylight. We especially enjoy the fact that the bathroom sink is in the bedroom hallway, as it increases space efficiency and allows two people to dress and prepare simultaneously. The pantry area in the hallway offers great food storage space, and is plumbed for a washer and dryer if you prefer. There is tremendous closet storage space. The workmanship of the cabinetry is superb, as the photos attempt to depict.
Entertainment on the Road
The upgraded surround sound DVD/CD system offers theatre and music experience just like at home. And the satellite system offers you the choice to play your favorite DVD movies, pay-per-views, VHS, or the hundreds of satellite TV stations broadcast from across the globe. And you can track the satellite automatically even while in motion so your passengers can occupy themselves with viewing while you drive!
The Motor Home Experience
 It has all of the now-traditional features of the motor home experience: the quiet electrical inverter so you can prepare a cup of coffee or tea while on the road or at night without starting up the generator, monitoring system for your water storage units, water pump so you can keep your icemaker and water going even while on the road, external outlets (for television cable, cigarette outlet for your car phone and other accessories, electrical) so you can lounge beneath the one-touch auto extend-retract awning that spans the motor home, and one of the most efficient slide-out systems for the garage to store your valuable camping equipment and make its retrieval easy. The external showers, the slide-out batteries, pre-wired telephone…all the amenities of home. The motor home is quiet in operation on the road, and drives like a car. Both my wife and I enjoy driving it. It glides on the freeway, and has most of the features of those $600,000 motor homes we drool over. We fell in love with this coach when we first saw it, and still love it but can’t afford it due to family circumstances. Well maintained.
